It’s been a while, but that doesn’t mean I haven’t been thinking about you ;). Over the last 6 months, some major changes have happened in my life, but NSAF has never been far from my mind. I have been dying to get back into it, but some personal issues, work issues, and health issues have made blogging a little difficult. But….
Without going into much detail, I will just say things have been crazy, and I will elaborate more soon, but in the mean time… I shared this letter on my personal Facebook page yesterday, explaining some of the chaos.
Back to why we are here, some motivation for Monday…

Fight Club Mondays IS DO NOT SKIP YOUR WORKOUT. (Did fight club meet on Mondays? Sure looks like it to me… Skip the Cigarette though.)
Statistically- when you skip your workouts on Mondays, you are then 75% more likely to skip workouts later in the week. Monday often sets the tone for the rest of the week, so get SOMETHING in. Whether that is a walk in the woods, CrossFit, a yoga class, or ANYTHING, just get it in.
While I often say, routine is the enemy… It is simply not the case when it comes to creating a workout “schedule”. Always schedule Mondays as an on-day. It doesn’t have to be crazy, it doesn’t even have to be a long or strenuous workout. Just get active and reap the results of extra energy throughout the week.
