I am excited to share with you my reviews, workouts, recipes, photographs, and much more. I created this blog as a resource for health and fitness lovers, and can’t wait to see where it goes!

A little background info… I was born and raised on the New England coast. I have lived here my entire life- I can’t imagine living anywhere else. The beauty of this area is like a dream – the woods, the world class beaches, and the love of friends and family will keep me here.

I’m mildly obsessed with Fitness in general. I am an L-2 Certified CrossFit Coach, a USAW Weightlifting Coach, a NASM Personal Trainer; and also have a boatload of other certifications . I have been training and coaching for over 8 years now! Personally, I love heavy lifting (OLY), paddleboarding, yoga, horseback riding, and trail running.

In 2015, I expanded my business, and started an amazing mobile Paddleboarding Program, that I am extremely proud of.

Another passion of mine is Photography. I could shoot all day everyday; should I have the time. Especially animals, another one of my great loves. I have the worlds grumpiest, and somehow cuddliest Australian Cattle Dog, Brewer.

I also currently work at the Hamilton-Wenham Recreation Department, as the Assistant Director. Come visit me anytime!

I have the most amazing husband ever, I don’t know where I would be, or what I would do without him… and we are expecting our first baby in June 2016!!!

I’m a tomboy one day, and a girly girl the next.

I’m always up for a challenge.
