North Shore Adventure Fitness is proudly offering PaddleFit Training! Join us ANYWHERE on the North Shore of Massachusetts… The abundant Lakes, Rivers, Ponds and Oceans are perfect for a fun outdoor adventure. Paddleboarding is one of the hottest fitness trends as it incorporates balance, strength, stability and tons of CORE! Join us for a custom tailored paddleboarding class. We now offer classes and private training for all levels. All you have to do is email northshoreadventurefitness@gmail.com to set up your class!

(Our Only Pre-Requirement – You must be able to Swim!)

  • Paddle Fit Basic- Introductory class to Paddling/PaddleFit – Including Safety, Techniques & Turning
  • PaddleFit Tech 1 – Intermediate Level Paddlers & Intro to Fitness on your board.
  • Adventure Fit Paddle – Think “CrossFit” on your Paddleboard 😉
  • NSAF Signature SupFusion – Our most popular class! Starts with a relaxing 15 minute sunset paddle, set anchor and enjoy some gentle stretching, yoga and meditation on your board.
  • Private Touring & BYOB (Bring Your Own Board Group & Individual Classes)

*Paddleboarding Tips For Newbies!*

– A swimsuit or sports tank and shorts are appropriate attire, however weather can change quickly. Add a rash guard top to protect yourself from the sun. Don’t forget to apply a good waterproof SPF.

-Hats and sunglasses may seem like a good idea, but they fall off easily – make sure to wear a keeper if you are attached to your accessories!

-Hydrate well before heading out since it’s hard to carry anything onto the board. *Special accommodations can be made for necessary medications*

-Safety First. Always.

– Prepare to get wet and have a great time!
